I have been going to Dr Keiser for years. She is very knowledgeable and always gives a very complete exam. The staff is professional and so friendly. I highly recommend this eye care facility.

I met Dr. Lisa at a networking group we were both a part of. She was very personable and when the time came for my wife and I to have an eye exam, we went to Dr. Lisa. We have been to her for many years and have recommended several friends and relatives.
We really like to care and thoroughness of Dr. Lisa's exams and feel we that we are in good hands.

I scheduled a very-needed appointment at the last minute, over the Christmas holiday week. Keiser Family Eye Care accommodated my travel/holiday schedule easily and provided me with an outstanding eye exam - Dr. Keiser was patient and asked all the right questions, which led to a definitive change in my prescription. I see in a whole new way, and am so pleased with my new prescription, especially now that I don't have to continually rely on reading glasses. I had an excellent follow-up appointment, order the contact lenses easily, and also found the online rebate forms to be helpful. Thank you, Keiser Family Eye Care for taking such good care of me! Keisers are a wonderful gift to the Erie area! I always describe their choice of eyewear as beautiful and unique. There is a wonderful selection and Expert advice helping you to choose glasses that will make you look great and feel wonderful!
I get regular compliments on my new Vanni glasses from total strangers and I owe a lot of that to my friends at Keiser's.

Dr. Keiser and her staff are wonderful to work with! They truly care about the health and care of their patients. Dr. Keiser has detected serious health issues in a number of my family members and had referred them onto wonderful specialist.

My husband and I have been coming to the office for many years. We have always been extremeley satisfied with the service. Whether it be a question called to Tammy (front desk) a problem with our eyes (Dr. Lisa) or an adjustment or new glasses (Eric), it has always been handled quickly and efficiently. We like the small office atmosphere and personal touch. Thank you.

I accidently stepped on my glasses and broke them before school, on a Monday... (could the day get better!) I called Keiser's and they told me to come in after school.. and my glasses were fixed on the spot! Amen!! I really appreciated it because my cheap generic glasses gave me a headache all day! This isn't the first time they have helped.. Waterford is lucky to have them.

On Sunday I had a problem with my contact. After calling her, she left her family obligation to meet me at her office after hours and treat my situation. She was very gracious and we are inturn very appreciative of her professionalism and affection for her patients. At our scheduled visits, she is very diligent and works very hard to give us the best service and corrections possible.
